This is a great unit!
Firstly, the digital display means you will get an accurate temperature measurement which is critical when drying food and you arent present to constantly check it. This fancy unit also includes a clear door so you don’t have to open the unit up and lose all the heat each time you check.
The added bonus is the inclusion of a 2 time / 2 temperature control unit which will allow you to run the dehydrator at a higher temp for a period of them then lower the temp for another period of time! This is great for jerky!
Overrall this is miles ahead in terms of functionality and features to other dehydrators on the market – and it looks great too!
