Jerky Delivery Info

We try not to hold a lot of stock as we believe our product should be delivered to our customers as fresh as possible. We don’t want customers receiving product that has already been sitting on our shelves for months. For this reason, we like to allow 5 days at the longest for delivery. This allows us to create jerky to order and supply a quality product free of any dodgy additives.

We take a lot of care with our packaging, however the same can’t be said for courier/post companies from time to time – if for any reason a product turns up damaged, please let us know.

Shipping Costs

All orders will be sent from our base location in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Orders are sent using Australia Post and/or selected couriers including Aramex & Couriers Please.

A flat rate of $11.95 applies Australia wide.

Many packages cost more than this to send so we wear the cost, especially when sent to Western Australia.
